1. Tung Anh Primary School – Lesson plan grade 3 – School 2021-2022 Date of teaching: April 5th 2022(3C,D) April 7th 2022(3E) UNIT 20: WHERE IS SAPA? Lesson 1 (1, 2, 3) I. OBJECTIVES: 1. Knowledge, skills: - By the end of the lesson, students can be able Ask and answer questions about the location of a place. - Develop Ss listening and speaking skills. 2. Competence development - Using language to talk about places - Practice with their partners. 3. Quality - Ss help their parents to do housework. - Know your place or your hometown. - Complete the homework before class. II. TEACHING AIDS 1. Teacher: - Board, chalk, textbooks, computer accessed to the Internet, TV, picture cards. 2. Students: - Books, notebooks, workbooks. III. PROCEDURES Teacher’s activities Student’s activities Activity 1: Warm up - Have ss sing the weather song. - Sing a song. - Lead to new lesson. Activity 2: Presentation 1. Look, listen and repeat. One repeat Tony’s part and the other repeat - Read in pairs. Linda’s part. - Play the recording again for the whole class to repeat each line in the speech bubbles to reinforce their pronunciation. - Teach vocabulary: - Listen to the teacher and take Near far from notes.
