1. Lesson plan English 2 Preparing date: 12 /02/202 UNIT 7: IN THE KITCHEN Period 21: Lesson 1 I. OBJECTIVES: 1. Language focus/Knowledge: - Sound /j/ - Vocabulary: juice, jelly, jam - Skills: Integrated skills (speaking and listening) 2. Competences: - Correctly pronounce the name of letter J/j and the sound /j/ in isolation. - Say correctly the words: juice, jelly, jam 3. Attitude/ Qualities: -Actively participate in activities with their classmates in pairs, groups or class. Educate Ss to become studious and obedient students, love food and drink II. TEACHING AIDS: - Pictures, E- book, computer, projector, pictures, recording. III. Activity 3. *Play game: Slap the board 7’ -Ss look and listen. *Aims: to recognize the words while listening and correctly identify the corresponding pictures as quickly as possible. *Procedure: - Devide the class into 2 teams to play game. - Stick the pictures on the board -Ss play game. - Call 2 Ss to go to the board and ask them to slap the picture when T says one word aloud. A correct word scires one point. - After finishing the game, the student slaps more correct words will be the winner. - Have time for ss to play game. - Count the points for eaxch team and announce the winner.The team with the most points wins 3. Consolidation :2’ -Ss listen. *Aims: to consolidate and wrap up the content of the lesson. - T tells ss about the main content of the lesson. - T tells ss about the educational Aimss of the lessons. 4.
